additional light at night):
frequency during day & night (appr. 3 sec. ON, appr. 25 sec. OFF)
and automatically flashlight - two white LED on top of the solarcells, like CAT-EYES -
during night (appr. 1 sec. ON, appr. 12 sec. OFF)
