2. Connecting rod
1) Install the connecting rod bearing cap and
tighten the cap bolts to the specified torque.

4. Bearing cover
1) Remove the
used
O-ring
from the bearing case
and
discard it.
2) Lubricate the
inner surface of
new
O-ring with
grease.
3) Install the O-ring to the bearing cover.
4) Install
the bearing cover to the crankcase.
Tighten the bearing cover bolts to the specified
torque.

7. Cylinder Body
1) Install the cylinder
body to
the
crankcase.
2) Tighten
the
cylinder body bolts
to
the specified
torque.

8. Cylinder Head
1) Apply a coat
of liquid gasket (Grease D) to the
lower face of the cylinder head gasket.
2) Install the
cylinder head to the cylinder
body.
Evenly tighten the
cylinder
head bolt to the
specified torque.
