Before checking the oil pressure, warm up engine to allow the lubricat-
ing oil to reach operating temperature or high oil pressure readings will
occur.

At 850 rpm engine speed and 200°F (93°C) operating temperature, gage should show a minimum pressure
of 14 psi (100 kPa).
c.
At rated speed (1800 to 2500 rpm) and 220°F (105°C) operating temperature, gage should show a pressure
between 40 and 70 psi (277 to 483 kPa).
