CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS
With the starter switch in the "ON" position,
this gauge indicates the quantity of fuel
remaining in the fuel tank. "F" means the
tank is full while "E" means the tank is
almost empty.

NOTE
Make a habit of filling up the fuel
tank well before it approaches
empty.
After filling up the fuel tank, it takes
a while for the fuel gauge needle to
stabilize after the starter switch is
turned to the "ON" position.
If the fuel tank is filled with the
engine stopped but the starter
switch in the "ON" position, the fuel
gauge needle takes a while to show
the correct reading. If so, turn the
starter switch to the "LOCK" position
and then to the "ON" position again.
