FLYWHEEL AND PILOT BEARING

REMOVAL

Preparation:

• Disconnect battery ground cable.

1. Transmission and Clutch Assembly

1) Transmission

2) Clutch

Above works refer to “ENGINE ASSEMBLY” Section in

this manual.

2. Pilot Bearing

• Remove pilot bearing using remover.

Pilot Bearing Puller: 5-8840-2000-0

Sliding hammer: 5-8840-0019-0

3. Flywheel

• Set the flywheel stopper.

• Loosen flywheel fixing bolts then remove the flywheel.
