The Touchless Trash Can helps create a germ-free, odor-free, automated environment. It uses
patented, invisible, harmless, infrared technology. As your hand or debris approaches the can
(about 6 inches/10 cm away) the infrared sensor on the lid automatically opens the lid. After
your hand is withdrawn the lid will close automatically after 4 seconds. Lid will remain open if
debris or hand is within 6 inches of the infrared sensor zone. There are 2 buttons on the front
of each lid to open and close the lid manually, as well as on/o switch on the back of the trash
can for powering the unit on and o.
Available in 8 and 13 gallon capacities.
*Four “D” size batteries (not included) can last up to 10,000 usages. An optional AC Adapter is
sold separately.
VisioSense™ Indicator Light (LED Light)
1. When there is an object in the Sensor Zone, the LED Indicator Light will remain green and
the Lid will remain open until object is removed from the sensor zone.
2. Once item is removed from the Sensor Zone, the LED Indicator Light will ash red to
indicate that the lid will close in 6 seconds.
3. If an object is placed back into the Sensor Zone when the LED Indicator Light is ashing
red, the light will turn solid green again and the Lid will remain open.
