9, Super Capacitor
Since motorcycles are often exposed to direct sunlight outdoors, the high temperature of lithium
batteries can easily lead to a series of safety accidents, so we use super capacitors instead of lithium
batteries. Supercapacitors do not store electrical energy, so the motorcycle dash cam will turn off
immediately after the motorcycle is turned off.

1, After inserting the Micro SD card, the control unit prompts that the SD card cannot be recognized.
A: Insert the Micro SD card into your PC and format it. If you are prompted to select a format during the
formatting process, please select FAT format. Then insert the Micro SD card into the control unit and
format it again. You can find formatting options in the menu.
2, The control unit cannot be turned on, or the control unit is turned off automatically after being turned
on.
A: The working current does not reach 2A, and the control unit cannot work normally. Please check
whether the output current of the power supply can reach 2A.
3, The motorcycle dash cam is normally turned on and recorded, but it will automatically shut down after
pressing the button of the control unit.
A: The red ACC cable is not connected to the correct ignition switch control cable.
4, The temperature of the control unit and the camera is very high.
A: The processor of the control unit is always running at high speed, and the front and rear cameras also
continuously transmit image signals to the control unit, so a lot of heat is emitted. Their extreme
operating temperature can reach 60℃.
