Wiringconnectionsteps
Jumpercablescanbeusedtoconnectthebatteryinanothertrucktostartthe
engineinthetruckthathastrouble.
1.Useatruckthatisprovidedwithabatteryofthesameratedvoltage(12V).
2.Connectthejumpercableinthefollowingsteps.
淤 positiveterminalofthetotallydischargedbattery
于 positiveterminaloftheauxiliarybattery
盂 negativeterminaloftheauxiliarybattery
榆 Thechassisgroundingwirewiththetotallydischargedbattery,thegrounding
wirebeawayfromthetotallydischargedbatteryasfaraspossible.
3.Afterthejumpercableisconnected,starttheengineinthetruckthathas
auxiliarybattery.
4.Increasethespeedoftheengineinthetruckthathasauxiliarybattery,and
thenstarttheengineinthetruckwhosebatteryistotallydischarged.
5.Aftertheenginegetsstarted,disconnectthejumpercableinthereverseorder.
Neverconnectthecablebetweenthepositiveandnegativeterminals.Donotdisconnectthecablefromtheterminalpillar
whiletheengineisstillrunning,otherwiseafailurewilloccurintheelectricalsystem.

Payattentiontothefollowingpointswhentrackingvehicles:
1.Ifthegearboxcanworknormally,itsgearshiftlevershouldbeplacedinneu鄄
tral.
2.Ifanyfailureoccurstothetransmission,itwillbenecessarytodismantlethe
propellershaftfromtheflangeontherearaxleandhaveitsendtightenedto
theframe.
Then,putthetractioncable(safetychainorcable)ontothehooksofthetrack鄄
ingtruckandthevehiclethatcannotrun.Tractionshallbedoneataspeedof
40km/horbelow.
