Thefilterelementisdustcontaminatedbutstilldry:
Turningtheelementwithhand,andblowoffthedustfromitsinsidewithcom鄄
pressedair,whosepressureshouldbebelow7kg/cm2.
Clutchpedaladjustment
1.Loosentheblockingboltortheclutchswitch,andadjusttheclutchpedal
heighttothespecifiedvalue. 2.Loosenthelocknutandadjustingnutofthe
follow-upcylinder.Screwdowntheadjustingnutuntilitcontactstheclutchshift
fork,andthenscrewitbackforoneandahalfround.
3.Tightenthelocknut.
4.Adjustthepushrodlengthofthemastercylinder,tobringthebacklashofthe
clutchpedaluptothespecifiedvalue (thisneedn'tbedoneintrucksprovided
withservomechanism).
5.Adjusttheclutchswitchgap(L),tokeepitwithin0.5-1.0mm.
