Screwoffthedrainholeplug(D)inthebottomoftherearaxlecasetodrainthe
gearoilinit,infillthespecifiedgearoilintotherearaxlecasethroughthelevel
inspectionhole,untiltheoillevelgoesuptothescrewplug (L)ofthelevelin鄄
spectionhole.
Replacementofthegreasesforthefrontandrearhubbearings
Replacementofthegreasesforthefrontandlefthubbearingsneedsdisas鄄
semblyandreassemblyofthebearings,sopleaseentrusttheauthorizedJAC
servicestationstodothat.Propermaintenanceanddrivingcanprolongtheve鄄
hicleservicelife,butalsocanimprovethefuelandoileconomicefficiency.

Replacementofsteeringoilandfluid
Exhaustfluid
1.Jackupthefrontaxleoffthegroundcompletely.
2.Removetheoilpipes (2pieces)betweenthesteeringgearandthepower
steeringoilreservoir.
3.Afterthesteeringfluidisdrainedoff,starttheengineinshorttime,turnthe
steeringwheelrightandlefttoitslimitpositionswithoutover15seconds,until
theresidualfluidiscompletelydrainedfromthesteeringpipes.
Newfluidfill-up
1.Fixtheremovedoilpipeintheoilpotandinfillthespecifiedpowersteering
fluid.
2.Fillinthepowersteeringfluidupbetweenthescalemarksintheoilpot.
Takecarethatthefluidsurfacesinksinparallelwiththefill-up,soastokeepa
stablelevelagainstanyairtrappedin.
3.Lowerdownthefrontwheelsontotheground,starttheengineintoidle
speedforseveralminutes,androtatethesteeringwheelrightandleft.
4.Checkthelevelagainstthescalemark,andaddsomemoreifneeded.
