takecarenottohavethefueloverflowwhiletightenitslowlyinsidethefilter,
untilitsitsfirmlyagainstthesealingsurface.
Afterwards,furthertightenthefilterby2/3roundwithafilterspanner.
4.Operatethehandleofthemanualpumpontheoil/waterseparatorforsever鄄
altimestoventthefuelsystem.
5.Afterthefuelfilterisvented,starttheenginewiththestartswitch.
6.Iftheenginefailstostartwithin10seconds,ventthesystemagain.

Tochangethecoolingwater,loosenthedischargevalvesontheradiatorand
cylinderblocktodrainthewateroutofthecoolingsystem.
Theenginecoolingsystemshouldbewashedatleastonceayear,toensure
thebestcoolingeffect.
JACrecommendsuseofanti-freezingfluidswithoutanycontentofrustpre鄄
ventiveandotheradditives.
Valveclearanceadjustment
1.Turnthecrankshaftuntilthetopdeadcenteronthecrankshaftpulleyisin
alignmentwiththetimingmark,tohavethepistoninthefirstorthefourth
cylindermovetothetopdeadcenterofthecompressionstroke.
