typeboltonleafspringwithspeci鄄
fied torque when vehicle is fully
loaded.Doitalsowhenleafspringis
replacedorresetforrunningevery
2000-3000km.
3.TightenU-typeboltonleaf
springwithspecifiedtorquewhenve鄄
hicleisfullyloadedforrunningfor
2000km-3000km.
4.Checkandtightenexposedbolts
andnutsofthesuspension (withve鄄
hiclefullyloaded)whendoingclass-
one maintenance. Check rubber
partsofthesuspension,iftherubber
partsareworngreatly,replacethem
instantly.

nance,carryoutclass-oneitems

sorber:
1.Checktheabsorberfortempera鄄
tureafterrunningacertainlengthon
badroadsurface(usuallymorethan
10km)Thereisnoresistanceifthe
temperatureislow(lowerthanair
temperature)andshockabsorption
doesn'tfunction.Ifoneabsorberhas
muchlowertemperature than the
symmetricalone,thelowerone'sre鄄
sistanceismuchmoresmaller.Low鄄
erresistanceresultfromlackinginoil
orfromdamageofsomeimportant
parts,andtheabsorberthatlackin
resistanceshouldberemovedtoin鄄
spect.
2.Checktheshockabsorberforoil
leakifcontinuousabnormalvibration
isdetectedinrunning.Oilleakshould
bedealtwithintime,sothatthe
shockabsorbercanworknormally.
3.Checkabsorberwhenmaintaining
vehicle.Tocheckabsorber,stickup
itandholditslowerendbyvise,
thenpullandpressitforseveral
times. Normally the resistance is
biggerwhenpulled,otherwisethe
absorberisdamagedorlackinoil.
Repairandreplacepartsandadd
absorberoilintimetoavoidserious
damage.
4.Ifit'snecessarytoreplaceab鄄
sorberrod,replaceoilsealingatthe
sametime.Ifnecessary,don'tdis鄄
mantlevalvepartscasually.
5.Whendoingclass-threemainte鄄
nance,dismantleandcleantheab鄄
sorber,replacetheabsorberoil.Don't
forgetcleaningwhenaddingoil.
