Beforebreaking-in
1.Cleanvehiclewithwater,and
checkallboltsandnutsfortighten.
2.Checktheradiatorforenoughwa鄄
ter,andcheckengine,transmission,
rearaxle,andsteeringgearboxfore鄄
noughlubrication,alsocheckbattery
andreservoirforliquidlevel.Check
alltubeconjunctionforleakage.
3.Checkbrakesystem,drivingsys鄄
temandsteeringsystemforcorrect
operation.
4.Checkelectricalequipmentand
lightinstrumentforcorrectoperation,
andcheckbrakesystemfornormal
airpressure.
5.Checktheshiftgearsforright,the
controlpartsfornormality,transmis鄄
sionforshiftingsmoothly,andthein鄄
dicatorshouldworkwell.
6.Checktiresforproperairpres鄄
sure..
7.Checkiftoolsandaccessoriesare
taken.
Duringbreaking-in
1.Runnewvehicleonflatroadand
limitweightofloadto50%and75%
ofratedvalueseparately
Notonlywilloverloadingreduceser鄄
vicelifeofvehicle,butalsoitwillen鄄
dangerrunning.
2.Speedlimit

3.Checktemperatureofrearaxle,
transmission, steering shaft and
brakingdrumduring initialstage.
Check whetherthereis abnormal
soundofchassis.Stoprunningif
findingthoseproblemsandrerunaf鄄
terclearingoffault.
4.Boththecoolingtemperatureand
oilpressureshouldbenoticedvery
well.Don'tdriveinhighspeedand
limitthetemperatureto80益-90益.

6. Oil should be replaced after
2500kmrunning (doitwhenengine
ishot),thenitwillbereplacedagain
insecond-classmaintenance.
Afterbreaking-inperiod
1.Replaceengineoilandoilfilter
core. Replace oil in transmission
caseandrearaxle,andreplacelu鄄
bricationinsteeringfear,alsohub
bearinggrease.
2.Checkallexternalboltsandnuts
withspecifiedtorque.
3.Applylubricationonallpoints
whereshouldbelubricated.
Dailymaintenance
Shoottroubleimmediately if it is
found.
Doingperiodicserviceisnecessary.
Vehicle's maintenance intervals
shouldbedifferentduetodifferent
conditionofdifferentregion.Adjust
serviceintervalsproperlyreferringto
localconditionbasedonrelatefor鄄
mulation.Notesformaintenanceof
chassisareasfollows(seasonal
maintenanceisnotincluded).
