Hooking
Selectanappropriatehook,deter
minetheaccuratepositionofhook
ing,uselateralcontrolhookandbal
ancetheweightofthetrailer.The
hookmustbefirmlyfastenedwith
vehicles,andshouldbeinstalledby
technical personnel. Never use a
disposablehookorahookthatcan
onlybeusedonthebumper.
Trailerbrakingsystem
Ifyourtrailerisprovidedwithabrake
system,readtheinstructionsofthe
trailerbrakesystemcarefullyandob
servethem,tocorrectlyfitandoper
atethissystem.
Caution
Neverattempttotowavehi
cleduringthefirst2,000kmof
yourvehicle,astheengineisin
run-inperiod.Towingmayseri
ouslydamagetheengineorthe
transmission.
Note
Ifahookisusedfortowing,
the vehicle should be main
tainedfrequentasperrelevant
lawsandregulations.
Caution
Neverconnectthebrakeof
thetrailerwiththatofyourvehi
cle.
Whentowingupasteep
slope,checktheenginewater
temperature thermometer and
theengineforoverheating.Ifthe
thermometerindicates"H"(hot),
keep space and immediately
parkatasafeplace.

Safetychains
Safetychainsmustbefittedbetween
yourvehicleandthetrailer.
Thesesafetychainsmustbecross
lockedbelowthetongueofthetrail
er,sothatthetonguewillnotdropon
theroadevenifitisdisengaged
fromthehook.
Weightoftrailer
Theweightofthetrailerisadjusted
byaddingorreducingthenumberof
tongues.
Checkthetotalweightofthetrailer
andtheweightofthetongues.

Note
1.Theweightoftherearpart
ofthevehiclemustnotexceed
thatofthefrontpart.Over60%
oftheweightmustbeonthe
fronthalfoftrailerandthere
maining40%ontherearhalf.
2.Thetotalweightoftheadded
trailer must not exceed the
gross vehicle weight ratio
(GVWR). The total weight in
cludestheweightofthevehicle,
thedriverandallpassengers,
goods,hook,tonguesandother
equipment.
3.Theweightofthefrontand
rearaxlesmustnotexceedthe
grossaxleweightratio(GAWR).
Under normal conditions, the
trailed goods cannot exceed
GVWRbutcanexceedGAWR.
Impropertrailerweightandex
cessive load of goods can
causeoverloadingoftherear
axle.Distributetheweightagain
andchecktheaxleweighta
gain.
4.Themaximumvehicleweight
limitatstaticconditionis:
Gasoline2.0:80kg
5.Thehighestheightofsuspen
sioncouplingpointis1092mm.
