CYCLE
Use the schematics at the end of the manual to use the machine.
When using the machine for the first time, open the cover and pour in the basic sour (20%
of capacity).
Utilisation procedure:
1. Pour in flour (50% of capacity);
2. Pour in water at 45°C (50% of capacity);
3. Close the cover;
4. Press , display shows "COOL", Mixing (1) starts;
5. At mixing end, buzzer sounds and display shows "SCRAPING NEEDED":
• Press ;
• Open the cover;
• Use scraper (supplied) to scrape vat walls above mix;
• Close the cover;
• Display shows "START CYCLE?".
