Geographic WT watch, are Rio de Janeiro,
Auckland, and Sydney, where summer time is
applied between the months of October and
February/March (according to annual decrees).
Therefore, to read the time in each of the 24 time
zones correctly (except for during periods just
before and after the date of the changeover),
you must take account of the geographical
position of the country in question, so as to
determine whether it is in the southern or
northern hemisphere.

THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN
HEMISPHERES.
Between March and October:
The
hemisphere
you live in
To find out the time in the
opposite hemisphere:
Northern
hemisphere
(summer time)
Position the desired city
in the “name” position
at 6 o’clock.
