The MATRIX LIGHT 2 baby carrier should
be installed on the platform in one of the
two loading positions (positions 1 or 3).
First insert the front pivots of the Matrix
Light 2 baby carrier into the two forks (12)
of the platform.
Drop the baby carrier so it locks into place
with the Pro-Fix fasteners (13).
Check that both sides are secure, the indi-
cator should turn green.
Press the catches on the sides of the baby
carrier handle to release the Pro-fix an-
chors and lift the baby carrier.
If the baby carrier is facing backwards (position
2), pull the handle (fig. 2e) to release the swivel
(5) and turn to the loading position (position
1 or 3).

Never leave the child alone.
Any alteration or addition to the device
without due authorisation from JANÉ may
seriously alter the safety of the retention
system.
It can be dangerous for the child’s safety if
the instructions for the correct use of the
retention system are not followed carefully.
This safety device must not be used without
its upholstery, or with different upholstery
that is not the original one, as it forms part
of the safety characteristics of the system.
Check that the seat has been installed
correctly.
