OPERATION - TIG
Before starng any welding acvity ensure that you have suitable eye protecon and
protecve clothing. Also take the necessary steps to protect any persons within the welding
area.
TIG operaon steps
Pulsed TIG - Connued
Select the peak current seng funcon by
pressing the parameter selecon key unl the
Ip LED Illuminates. The peak current range is
5~300amps and is adjusted via the control
knob and the amperage is shown on the front
panel digital display. The peak current
amperage can be adjusted during welding.
Select the base current seng funcon by
pressing the parameter selecon key unl the
Ib LED Illuminates. The base current range is
5~300amps and is adjusted via the control
knob and the amperage is shown on the front
panel digital display. The base current
amperage can be adjusted during welding.
Select the downslope me, crater current and post ow gas me as standard TIG.
Select the pulse duty cycle seng funcon by
pressing the parameter selecon key unl the
% LED Illuminates. The pulse duty range is
10~90% and is adjusted via the control knob
and the percentage is shown on the front
panel digital display. The pulse duty cycle can
be adjusted during welding.
Select the pulse frequency seng funcon by
pressing the parameter selecon key unl the
Hz LED Illuminates. The pulse frequency range
is 0.5~500Hz and is adjusted via the control
knob and the frequency is shown on the front
panel digital display. The frequency can be
adjusted during welding.
Select the spot me seng funcon by
pressing the parameter selecon key unl the
Tspot LED Illuminates. The spot me range is
0.1~10 seconds and is adjusted via the control
knob and the me is shown on the front panel
digital display.
