PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Jasic TIG inverter range of welding machines have been designed as
integrated and portable welding power supply units incorporang the most
advanced IGBT inverter technology in power electronics with easy operaon
and adjustment due to friendly user interface.
This is a digital DC inverter welder with complete funcons, high performance
and advanced technology. It is a mul-funcon welder with DC TIG welding,
DC pulsed TIG welding, coated electrode manual welding and TIG spot welding.
It can be widely used in the ne welding operaons of various types of metal
materials except aluminum and aluminum alloy.
The unique electrical structure and air duct design inside the machine can accelerate
the dissipang of the heat generated by the power devices, thus increasing the duty cycle
of the machine. This design oers “air ght” protecon to sensive controls which provides an eecve
dust proof and waterproof performance, thus greatly improving the reliability of the machine.
The TIG 300P provides excellent welding performance, rich funcon integraon, high eciency, small
size, light weight and many other features make it able to meet the welding requirements of all types of
welding applicaons.

• Mulple remote current control opons: Foot pedal remote control, digital torch remote control and
analog torch remote control.
• Real-me digital display of output current: Displays the output status of the welder.
• Operang status is displayed by LED indicators dynamically and the current operang status is displayed
constantly.
• Hot start for manual welding: Enables the arc striking during manual welding to be easier and more
reliable starts.
• VRD funcon: Ensures the personal safety of the operator and prevents electric shock due to high voltage
in MMA mode.
• An-scking funcon: Prevents the welding electrode from scking to the work piece during welding.
• Auto-adapve arc force: Improves signicantly the welder’s performance in extended length welding and
makes long distance welding possible.
• Advanced arc striking funcon: TIG welding supports Li/contact arc ignion
and non-contact arc ignion. A high-voltage arc ignion circuit improves the
success rate of high-frequency arc striking.
• Intelligent fan control: Energy eciency and noise is reduced as the fan runs
“on demand”. This reduces the amount of dust that is deposited inside the
machine, thus increasing the service.
• Parameter storage: This is the funcon to save parameters through mulple
channels and keep the parameters saved ready for recall at any me.
• Diagnosis and protecon system based on ARM enables the machine to conduct
a power-on self-test and detect any problems instantly. Mulple protecon
systems including phase loss protecon, over-current protecon, over and
under voltage protecon, overheat protecon etc. helps to enhance the
service life of the machine.
• Cooling tank interface: Enables the intelligent control on water system so the unit
