It is very important that you replace these parts when they show sign of wear. They eect how the re
runs and you may increase your fuel consumption or lower your eciency if not replaced, and can in
some cases, damage the rebox. It is generally obvious once a part is in need of replacement. Steel
components may split or large holes may appear, re bricks may crack and disintegrate. We recommend
you check your re visually several times a year for damaged components.
