OF parameterizes an user-specific offset x that is added to the measured value.
It is entered in 0.1 mm.

The LDM52 OEM does not check the set offset for plausibility. The user is responsible for correct
parameterization!
The offset can be set by a measurement: command SO (see chapter 6.4.16)
