Locate the video card on the computer (PC) and ensure both the DVI
cable and HDMI cable are secure.
Again check all 6 connections and esure all are properly seated and
the wires are not caught on any device.

Ensure that when you connect the 12 Pin connectors, you check the
bottom connector and make sure all pins are secure and none have
pushed out.
