INSTRUCTIONS
Start by removing the
screws in the casing

Underneath should look
like this

Turn the resistance all
way up

Loosen both bolts
either side of the
magnets

There will be room to
move the magnets up
and down

DO NOT let the magnets
rest on the flywheel!
