All JLL treadmills need to have a safety key inserted in order to operate the machine. If a key is not inserted the console will

ash and no functions will work. The safety key acts as an emergency stop feature if you happen to fall from the machine.

If you have inserted your safety key and the machine is still not functioning, a way to check your connection is:
