SECTION 3 - PRE START-UP CHECKLIST
When using the SERVICE key each list has a * to show
the top of the respective list. Moving left or right starts
a new section within the SERVICE key.
ANALOG INPUT VERIFICATION
1. Use the information below to prove that the sen-
sors and/or transducers are reading correctly.
2. Push the SERVICE key and move to the left using
the arrow until you see SERVICE AI PIO on the
top left of the screen. This is the Analog Input list.
3. If a sensor or transducer is not reading, verify that
it should be part of the installation. Not all sensors
may be installed on the equipment. This depends
on the setup of the unit and options.
4. Record the current value.
5. Temperature sensors that are not available or con-
nected correctly read -20 degrees.
6. Transducers that are not connected correctly read
0psig.
7. Humidity sensors that are not available or con-
nected correctly read 0%.
