6.5.6 Motor fan (Frequency controlled screw compressor)
If the compressor is fitted with an electrical cooling fan for cooling the compressor motor, the fan can be
started manually in the picture Motor Fan. This function is only available on frequency controlled com-
pressors. The picture shows the following:
To start the cooling fan manually, proceed as follows: Place the cursor on Run timer SP. Set the fan run-
ning time and place the cursor on Start cooling fan. Select Yes and enter setting with . The cooling fan
will now start and operate for the set running time. To stop the cooling fan before the end of the running
time, select No in the Run timer line. The fan will now stop and time is reset to 0.
