For HPX reciprocating compressors with VSD drive, the default setting for max. speed
is 1800 rpm. If set lower, the new setting will be reverted to the default value (1800
rpm) after a UniSAB III restart. This has now been corrected, which makes it possible
to configure a max. speed lower than 1800 rpm.
The speed default settings for all screw and reciprocating compressors have been ex-
amined and updated; see list:
SMC/HPC: min=500[500,1000] min2=700[500,1000] max=1500[1100,1800]
HPX: min=500[500,1000] min2=700[500,1000] max=1800[1100,1800]
CMO/HPO:
min=700[700,1000] min2=900[700,1000] max=1800[1100,1800]
Screw:
min=1000[0,12000] min2=NA max=3600[0,12000]
SABflex: min=1000[0,12000] min2=NA max=6000[0,12000]
SABCube:
min=1000[0,12000] min2=NA max=5800[0,12000]
SAB 157 HR: min=1000[600,1500] min2=NA max=6000[3000,6000]
Version no. Description
1.1.0.7 Logged Trend values between -0.1 and -0.9 were logged as positive values. This prob-
lem has now been corrected.
Conversion of Suction pressure limits from Bar to °C/R and Discharge pressure limits
from Bar to °C/R resulted in rounding errors for user limits and control parameters after
a restart. This problem has now been corrected.
The Limiter hot water alarm could show up after a factory reset, even if the configura-
tion point Chiller/HeatPump was configured to No. This problem has now been
corrected.
For screw and reciprocating compressors, the Capacity picture has been adjusted so
that the content shown is consistent with the configuration.
A SabHMI HEAP corruption error has now been corrected. It was caused by a race
condition in the HMI termination process.
For security reasons, there is password control for web browser access to the UniSAB
III web server; however, screen.htm is now accessible without password.
The SabSIM simulator is now updated to release 1.03.
