You can wire these RS-485 ports either full or half duplex depending on the reader you are using. See Figure 6 on Page
11 for reference on wiring these RS-485 ports.

l Wiring for the RS-485 ports are straight-through. Ensure that pin 1 of the RS-485 port on the IP-ACM v2
connects to pin 1 of the RS-485 port on the corresponding reader.
l Full duplex has not been evaluated by UL.
