MENU ITEM DEFINITION
DIRTY FILTER This gives the status of the dirty filter switch. OFF indicates normal operation
and ON indicates a dirty filter.
DUCT HIGH STATIC This gives the status of the duct high static switch. OFF indicates the duct static
pressure is above the setting of the switch. ON indicates normal operation.
DUCT STATIC 1 – "WC This is the duct static pressure input from the number 1 duct static pressure
transducer.
DUCT STATIC 2 – "WC This is the duct static pressure input from the number 2 duct static pressure
transducer.
DX B/P PRESS This is the by-pass damper PID loop generated by comparing the differential
duct static pressure across the evaporator coil to the minimum duct static pres-
sure set point (FlexSys units only).
DX B/P S/A TMP This is the by-pass damper PID loop generated by comparing the supply air tem-
perature to the supply air temperature set point (FlexSys units only).
ECON R/A TEMP This is the return air economizer PID loop generated by comparing the return air
temperature to the AC/Econ-R/A SP.
ECON S/A DEW This is the dew point economizer PID loop generated by comparing the dew
point temperature of the supply air to a derived dew point temperature set point
AC/Econ-S/A SP (FlexSys units only).
ECON S/A TEMP This is the supply air economizer PID loop generated by comparing the supply
air temperature to the AC/Econ-S/A SP.
ECON VALVE This item is used to force an analog output to the air side economizer damper
motor or the water side economizer control valve.
ECON VLV MIN This item is used to program in the minimum position for the water side econo-
mizer valve.
ECON VLV MOD This is the analog output to the economizer water valve on a water source
economizer or the economizer damper on an air side economizer.
ECON-R/A TMP EN This item is used to enable or disable return air temperature economizer control.
ECON-S/A TMP EN This item is used to enable or disable supply air temperature economizer control.
FAN OUTPUT This gives the status of fan operation. The status is ON whenever the output to
CV or VAV supply fan is ON.
FAN SP BAS EN This item turns on the ability to send a % speed input to the supply fan VFD by
a BAS system (FlexSys unit only).
FAN SPEED – % This is the input from the supply fan VFD of the % speed it is running at.
FAN-S/A PRES SP This item is used to set the supply air duct static set point for VAV units.
FAN-VAV/CV EN This item is used to select either CV or VAV supply fan operation.
FAULT The Status Screen will display this whenever an Alarm or Fault is active.
FLOOR STATIC This is the static pressure under the floor (FlexSys units only).
FREEZE-STAT This gives the status of the freeze-stat. ON indicates normal operation, OFF
indicates a fault.
HEAT MOD This is the analog output to the modulating heat hydronic valve.
HEAT -R/A TMP EN This item is used to enable and disable heating Return Air Temperature Control.
