WARNING - Economizer Motor Lubrication
Required
The Operating Hours Since Last Motor Lubrication has
exceeded 1200 hours. This is displayed until manually
cleared by the Operator. The Operator clears this mes-
sage by entering user ID in Operator Access Level (or
higher) using the Motor Lube Ack. key on the Econo-
mizer Motor Screen. The date and time of this entry is
automatically logged as the “Date of Last Motor Lubri-
cation” and “Time of Last Motor Lubrication”. It also
resets the “Operating Hours Since Last Lubrication”
to zero. The date this warning occurs is stored as the
“Date of Last Motor Lubrication Warning or Fault”.
WARNING - Primary Motor Current Detected
Without Run
This Message indicated that the 4-20mA signal repre-
senting motor current was above a run condition thresh-
old without a command to start the primary motor. The
oil pump will start when thtis message is displayed.
WARNING - Economizer Motor Current
Detected Without Run
This Message indicated that the communications sig-
nal representing motor current was above a run condi-
tion threshold without a command to start the econo-
mizer motor.
CYCLING SHUTDOWN MESSAGES
Leaving Chilled Liquid Temp Out of Range
The Leaving Chilled Liquid Temperature RTD is indi-
cating a resistance that is less than 60 Ohm, or greater
than 150 Ohm. This is outside the normal operating
range of the RTD. This is generally indicates a defec-
tive sensor, shorted or loose wire.
Leaving Chilled Liquid Temp Low
The Leaving Chilled Liquid Temperature has de-
creased. This message is generated as a warning of an
impending cycle off, if the leaving chilled liquid tem-
perature continues to lower to the programmed Shut-
down Temperature the unit will cycle off.
Leaving Chilled Liquid Temp Very Low
The Leaving Chilled Liquid Temperature has decreased
to the programmed Shutdown Temperature Setpoint. If
the chiller is running when this occurs, the Pre-rotation
Vanes are driven fully closed prior to shutting down
the chiller. The chiller will automatically restart when
the temperature increases to the programmed Restart
Temperature Setpoint
Entering Chilled Liquid Temp Out of Range
The Entering Chilled Liquid Temperature RTD is indi-
cating a resistance that is less than 60 Ohm, or greater
than 160 Ohm. This is outside the normal operating
range of the temperature RTD. This is generally indi-
cates a defective sensor, shorted or loose wire.
Entering Condenser Liquid Temp Out of
Range
The Entering Condenser Liquid Temperature RTD is
indicating a resistance that is less than 60 Ohm, or
greater than 160 Ohm. This is outside the normal oper-
ating range of the temperature RTD. This is generally
indicates a defective sensor, shorted or loose wire.

ating range of the temperature RTD. This is generally
