Current - Phase A, B, C
Displays the 3-phase motor current as measured by and
transmitted from the starter.
DC Bus Voltage - Phase A, B, C
Displays the DC Bus voltage individually for each of
the six capacitor banks in the starter.
Max Rated Frequency
Displays the rated output frequency, as recieved from
the MV VSD. This value is the maximum drive fre-
quency (Hz) when the MV VSD receives a 100% speed
command from the control panel.
Max Rated Power
Displays the voltage rating of the MV VSD as received
from the MV VSD.
Runtime Until Next Lube
Displays how many hours remain until the next sched-
uled motor lube is to be performed.
Fault Contact
This field displays a green checkmark when the starter
fault relay contact is closed signifying no fault present.
The field displays a when the starter fault relay con-
tact has opened due to a fault not cleared.
PROGRAMMABLE
Local Motor Current Limit
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the user to specify the maximum al-
lowable motor current (as a percentage of FLA). When
the motor reaches this value, the pre-rotation vanes
will NOT be permitted to open further. If the motor
current rises above this value, the pre-rotation vanes
will close to reduce the current to this value.
Pulldown Demand Limit
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the user to specify the current limit
(as a percentage of FLA) to which the chiller will be
limited during the specified pulldown limit time. This
value will overrride the Motor Current Limit value dur-
ing this time period. This function is used to provide
energy savings following a chiller start-up.
Pulldown Time
Access Level Required: OPERATOR
This key allows the user to set a period of time for
which the pulldown demand limit will be in effect after
the chiller starts.
Motor FLA
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the technician to specify the maximum
amps at which the motor can operate.
Reset kWh
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the user to reset the cumulative kWh.
Motor Lube Ack.
Access Level Required: SERVICE
This key allows the user to reset the runtime until next
motor lube.
