Fluorinated greenhouse gases
This equipment contains fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol.
The global warming potential (GWP) of the refrigerant R-134a is 1,300 and GWP for R-1234ze is 7.
Both use the integrated time of 100 years based on IPCC 5th report 2013, Table 8.A.1.
Do not vent the fluorinated greenhouse gases in this equipment to the atmosphere.
This equipment must be serviced by qualified technicians.
Responsibility for safety
The design and manufacture of the unit ensures compliance with the safety requirements listed
in Quality assurance and safety. However, the person rigging, lifting, maintaining, operating, or
working on any machinery is primarily responsible for:
• Personal safety, safety of other personnel and the machinery
• Correct use of the machinery in accordance with the procedures detailed in the manual

Misuse of equipment
CAUTION
The chiller must either be fenced off or in a secure location with restricted access such as on a rooftop.
