The sales order screen shows information for the unique order. The commissioning date is entered
by the YORK or Johnson Controls service technician at the time of chiller commissioning. These
values must never be changed or entered by anyone other than a qualified service technician. Entry
instructions are included in the YORK YVAM Service Manual (Form 160.88-M2). The remainder of the
values are entered at the YORK factory during the manufacturing of the chiller.

Field name Description
System model Factory set model number of the chiller system.
YORK order number Factory set order number under which the chiller was sold.
Unit serial number Factory set serial number for the chiller system.
Compressor model
Factory set model number of the compressor. This entry is critical for correct chiller
operation. Service technicians can refer to YORK YVAM Service Manual (Form 160.88-M2) for
guidance.
Evaporator model Factory set model number of the evaporator.
Condenser model Factory set model number of the condenser.
VSD model Factory set model number of the variable speed drive.
Design conditions Factory set chiller design parameters as in the original rating.
Nameplate information Factory set information about the chiller configuration.
Commissioning date The date that the chiller was commissioned.
Job name and location Factory set job name and location where the chiller is installed.
