If the red and green lights are flashing, first ensure there are no loads on the battery. Next, check the fluid levels in the battery and add fluid if needed. Also, if the battery voltage doesn't increase above 10.5 volts after 3 hours, or reach the absorption voltage of 14.4 volts in 20 hours, the bank will shut down. In this case, the battery should be tested.
