Disconnect LP hose, remove o-rings and detach mouthpiece.
Remove case pin, cover assembly, ring, and diaphragm.
Replace exhaust valve, install cover and pin ensuring correct fit.
Install flow vane with o-ring, place o-ring on orifice and screw in orifice.
Check knob, detect leaks, and connect Digi-Mag for pressure measurement.
Locate orifice groove and adjust to stop leak for proper function.
Measure breathing resistance (cracking effort) using Digi-Mag.
