The warranty covers all malfunctions, problems relating to components or deriving
from manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and user failures are not covered by
the warranty.
The warranty is valid only with the original warranty certificate or purchase document.
The electric scooter warranty is void if:
- has been opened, reassembled, repaired by the customer or any other unauthorized
after-sales service;
- has been damaged by humidity, water, other liquids, mud, sand, snow, dust, gas or
inappropriate temperature;
- has been damaged by improper use, including, but not limited to, races, jumps,
mountain driving, stunts, falls, knocks or bumps, overloads, inappropriate speed, po-
wer loss, accidents, etc.,
- has been recharged using a charger other than the original one, failure to charge for
a long time or if the recharging and storage instructions have not been followed as
prescribed in this manual.
- breakage of the battery or charger due to an abnormal voltage surge.
Our authorized after-sales partners supply original spare parts and carry out repairs
under warranty. For more information, please contact the seller of the electric scooter
(see above).
