Warranty
The 24-month warranty period commences on the day of
purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing faults, but not
the exchange or return of the product. The warranty is only
valid if you supply the following items to your retailer along
with the defective product:
1) A completed and correctly filled in the warranty card,
2) A copy of the receipt of purchase,
3) A detailed description of the defect.
If your retailer cannot assist you with your complaint, contact
the manufacturer. Any repairs do not extend the warranty
period.
The warranty card can be found on joolz.com. Please
complete this card and submit it digitally on the website.The
serial number can be found on the U-shaped black bar of the
chassis and starts with the letters GCH.
The warranty is null and void if:
- The product is returned without the original receipt of purchase.
- The defects and/or damage are caused by improper use
and/or by modifications made by the customer.
- The discoloration/stains were caused by washing, rain or sun.
- The wear and tear is a result of normal usage.
- The defect is the result of using a non-Joolz certified
standing board.
Safety was an important consideration throughout the
development of the Joolz Geo² pushchair. Joolz therefore
meets the highest safety standards: Europe: EN 1888:2012;
AN NZS 2088-2013.
The warranty is not transferable and may therefore only be
invoked by the first owner.
