3.6 Handwritten Data
JAN-470 enables handwriting on the ENC like a paper chart.
During briefing, write information needed for route planning, such as NGA (No Go Area).
The written information can be used on ECIDS.
Charts created on ECDIS can be used in JAN-470.
A sheet for handwritten data is newly added.
Memo
Up to 10 sheets can be created.
Up to 10,000 points can be handwritten for each sheet.
If 10,000 points are exceeded, the type of handwritten data automatically changes to the
[Delete] icon.
