5.1 Troubleshooting
When this equipment does not operate correctly, check the following points before asking for repairs.
If the problem still cannot be solved, or if there are any abnormality locations other than those listed
below, contact your nearest subsidiary company, branch office, or sales office.

NeCST application is
not operated.
NeCST application or processing
unit is stopped.
Restart NeCST application.
Or, short-push the Power Button of
the Display Processing Unit and the
Data Processing Unit and restart two
processing units.
If cannot do the above, press Reset
Button of The Display Processing Unit
and the Data Processing Unit.
NeCST service has stopped
operating.
Start the Watcher app and tap the
Start button of the NeCST service.
Power is not supplied
to the data
processing unit.
The AC power supply is not
connected.
Check the following and start.
The main power is ON
UPS output is ON
The ship's power supply is supplied
The AC power supply is not input
within the specified voltage range.
Connect the AC supply within the
specified voltage range.
The data processing unit is faulty.
Request repairs to the distributor.
Power is not supplied
to the display
processing unit.
The AC power supply is not
connected.
Check the following and start.
The main power is ON
UPS output is ON
The ship's power supply is supplied
