Licensing

).
Those installed
softrlrlare
produds
of
MS origin,
as
well as associated
media,
printed
materials,
and
"online" or electronic
docLrrnentiation
('SOFI'WARE
)
are
pmtected
by
intemational
intellectual
property
laws and featies.
The SOFTWARE
is licensed, not sold.
All
rights reserved.

MS has relied upon
JRC

determine
that SOFTWARE

The
entire
risk as
trc satisfactory
quality,
performance,
accurzrcy,
and efiort
(including
lack of

interference
with
your
enjoyment
olthe SOFTWARE or against
infringement.

any
warranties
regarding
the DEVICE
or the SOFTWARE,
those
wananties do
not
originate
from, are
not binding
on, MS.

The SOFTWARE
may contain

for

written in Java. Java
technology
is rpt
fault tolerant and
is not designed,
manufach.rred,
or
intended for use or
resale as
online
control
equipment
in hazardous
environments
requiring
fail-safe
performance,
such
as in the
operatlon
of
nudear
facilities, aircrafr
navigation
or communication
qrstems,
air fraftc control,
direct
fife support
machines, or weapons
systems,
in which
the failure of Java
tecfinology
muld
lead diredly
tc death,
personal
injury or severe
physical
or environmenbl
damage.

has
contractually
obligated
MS to make
thb disdaimer.

Except as
prohibited
by law, MS
shall
have no liability

You acknodedge
that SOFTWARE
is of USorigin.
You
agree
to comply
with all
applicable
intemational
and
national
laws that apply
to
the SOFTWARE,
including U€ U.S. Export
Administration
Regulations,
as
well as end-user,
end-use
and
country destination
restrictions
issued
by U.S.
and other
