2.2.2.3 Supplementary materials
(1) CW keyer terminal
When use a CW keyer, insert the key plug to the jack of the controller front panel (Φ3.5mm mini-plug).
(2) Connecting an external speaker
CAUTION
Do not shorten the lines of the mini plug. Doing so may cause malfunction.
Use the SP jack ( 3.5-mm mini-plug) on the back of the controller to connect an external speaker as
shown below.
• Use speakers that are rated for 5 W or more and have an impedance of 8 or more.
• When the mini-plug is inserted the output from the internal loudspeaker is turned off.
