(1) Information on lubrication
1) Remove cap

and ll the oil reservoir through oil

with JUKI New Defrix Oil No. 1 (Part No. :
MDFRX1600C0) or JUKI MACHINE OIL #7 (Part No. :
MML007600CA) up to H mark

(Standard : 500 cc)
2) When the oil level lowers below L mark

during op-
erating the sewing machine, rell the reservoir with the
specied oil.
3) When you operate the machine after lubrication, you
will see splashing oil through oil sight window

if the
lubrication is adequate.
4) Note that the amount of the splashing oil is unrelated to
the amount of the lubricating oil.
1. When you rst operate your machine
after setup or after an extended period
of disuse, run your machine at 3,000
sti/min to 3,500 sti/min. for about 10
minutes for the purpose of break-in.
2. For the oil, purchase JUKI New Defrix
Oil No. 1 (Part No. MDFRX1600C0)
or JUKI MACHINE OIL #7 (Part No. :
MML007600CA).
3. Be sure to lubricate clean oil.
4. Do not operate the sewing machine
with cap

removed. In addition, be
careful not to lose the cap.

WARNING :
1. Do not connect the power plug until the lubrication has been completed so as to prevent
accidents due to abrupt start of the sewing machine,
2. To prevent the occurrence of an inammation or rash, immediately wash the related portions if
oil adheres to your eyes or other parts of your body.
3. If oil is mistakenly swallowed, diarrhea or vomitting may occur. Put oil in a place where children
cannot reach.
