3 Position the desired perforated disc F on the axle of the
screw.
IMPORTANT: The notch of the perforated disc must
point downwards and sit over the small raised area in
the housing! See detail

INFO: Both sides of the perforated disc can be used.
4 Screw the sealing ring G clockwise onto the housing
and tighten by hand.
5 Attach the filling hopper B onto the housing.
TIP: It is better not to attach the filling hopper until after
the attachment is fitted to the drive unit.
Mounting/removing the attachment
See operating instructions for the Drive Unit.
Processing ingredients
CAUTION Rotating parts can cause injury!
• Never put your hand into the attachment when the mo-
tor is running.
• Never insert the food to be processed into the appliance
by hand. Always use the pusher A.
• The universal mincer attachment may only be operated
when it is completely assembled and the sealing ring G
is screwed on tight.
• Before using for the first time, thoroughly clean all parts
of the attachment (see section
Cleaning).
• To operate the drive unit, see the operating instructions
for the Drive Unit.
• Insert the ingredients to be processed into the filling
opening of the attachment in portions. Push them down
using the pusher A.
INFO: Excessive pushing does not speed the process up.
Cleaning
NOTE Dishwasher can cause damage!
Attachments are not dishwasher-safe. Only clean the at-
tachments using lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
• Remove the attachment from the drive unit before
cleaning.
• Disassemble the universal mincer attachment and clean
it with lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
• Clean the blade and perforated disc separately and al-
low to dry thoroughly.
• Rub a little cooking oil or fat onto the blade and per-
forated disc.
Storage
Store the appliance in its original packaging, in a dry, dust-
free and cool place that is out of reach of children.
