3.7 REMOVING THE DUCT EXT(TOP) AND OPTICAL
BLOCK ASSY (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
(1) Remove the 5 screws [A].
(2) Remove the DUCT EXT(TOP).
(3) Remove the BALLAST CASE.
(4) Remove the 6 screws [B].
(5) Remove the OPTICAL BLOCK ASSY with BRACKET(F/
R).
3.8 REMOVING THE DUCT FAN AND LAMP FAN (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the DUCT EXT(TOP).
(1) Remove the 2 screws [C].
(2) Remove the LAMP BLIND.
(3) Remove the 2 screws [D].
(4) Remove the LAMP FAN HOLDER.
(5) Remove the 2 screws [E].
(6) Remove the LAMP FAN BRACKET.
(7) Remove the LAMP FAN.
(8) Remove the 5 screws [F].
(9) Remove the DUCT EXT(BOTTOM).
3.9 REMOVING THE DUCT INTAKE FAN (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the DUCT EXT(TOP/BOTTOM).
• Remove the OPTICAL BLOCK ASSY.
(1) Remove the 4 screws [G].
(2) Remove the DUCT INTAKE(DEV).
(3) Remove the 3 screws [H].
(4) Remove the FAN HOLDER.
(5) Remove the DUCT INTAKE FAN.
3.10 REMOVING THE DUCT(PCS) AND CVR PWB (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the DUCT EXT(TOP/BOTTOM).
• Remove the OPTICAL BLOCK ASSY.
• Remove the DUCT INTAKE(DEV).
(1) Remove the 2 screws [J].
(2) Remove the DUCT(PCS).
(3) Remove the 1 screw [K].
(4) Remove the CVR PWB.
3.11 REMOVING THE I/F PWB AND PROCESSOR PWB
(Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
(1) Remove the 6 screws [L].
(2) Remove the each PWB with SHIELD CASE.
(3) Remove the 2 screw [M].
(4) Remove the TERMINAL PANEL.
(5) Remove the 2 screw [N].
(6) Remove the I/F PWB.
(7) Remove the 2 screw [O], 2 screw [P], 2 screw [Q] and 2
screw [R].
(8) Remove the PROCESSOR PWB.
3.12 REMOVING THE POWER PWB (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the PROCESSOR PWB.
(1) Remove the 6 screws [S].
(2) Remove the SHIELD CASE(PS).
(3) Remove the 4 screw [T].
(4) Remove the POWER PWB.
3.13 REMOVING THE FAN PWB AND DUCT PS FAN (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the PROCESSOR PWB.
(1) Remove the 2 screws [U].
(2) Remove the FAN PWB.
(3) Remove the 2 screw [V].
(4) Remove the DUCT(PS FAN).
(5) Remove the DUCT PS FAN.
3.14 REMOVING THE LAMP BALLAST UNIT (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the BALLAST CASE.
(1) Remove the 7 screws [W].
(2) Remove the REAR CHASSIS.
(3) Remove the 2 hooks [a].
(4) Remove the LAMP BALLAST UNIT.
3.15 REMOVING THE MAIN CHASSIS (Fig.3-2)
• Remove the LAMP UNIT.
• Remove the TOP CABINET.
• Remove the FRONT PANEL.
• Remove the OPTICAL BLOCK ASSY.
• Remove the PROCESSOR PWB.
• Remove the DUCT EXT(TOP/BOTTOM).
• Remove the POWER PWB.
(1) Remove the 18 screws [X] and 1 screw [Y].
(2) Remove the MAIN CHASSIS.
