VIDEO OUTPUT
Set the aspect (16:9/4:3) to
the screen of the connected
television when outputting videos
from the AV connector.
[16:9] / 4:3

COMPONENT OUTPUT
Sets the defi nition of the video
output from the COMPONENT
connector.
[480i] : Outputs at 480i.
1080i : Outputs at 1080i.

HDMI OUTPUT
Sets the defi nition of the video
output from the HDMI connector.
[AUTO1] : The defi nition that best suits the connected
device is automatically selected: 480i, 480p, 1080i
or 1080p*.
AUTO2 :
The defi nition that best suits the connected
device is automatically selected: 480i, 480p or 1080i.
480p : Outputs at 480p. Select when the video is not
projected correctly.

HDMI COLOR SETTING
Sets the video format of the
video output from the HDMI
connector.
[AUTO] : Select this under normal circumstances.
RGB : Select this when the video is not projected
correctly.

HDMI ENHANCE SETTING
Automatically adjusts the image
quality (depth of color, dark color
suppression, etc.) of video output
when connecting to the TV’s DVI
connector.
[OFF] : Image quality is not automatically adjusted.
ON : Image quality is automatically adjusted.

i.LINK OUTPUT (DUB)
Sets the video output according
to the device connected or
picture quality of the copied fi les
when using the i.LINK connector
to copy fi les.
DV : Outputs FHD/SP/LP/1440 CBR videos. Select this
when copying with a device that supports DV input.
[1440 CBR] : Outputs 1440 CBR videos only. Select this
when copying video that was recorded with [1440
CBR] set in [QUALITY].
