ly rotate the VR, stop adjusting
immediately when alignment with the
basic line is achieved.
2. Measure VIDEO OUT at the H-rate, and
adjust RO3 (B’ BLK SET) and R04 (R’ BLK
SET) to obtain setting at the point im-
mediately before the carriers at the lower
step section shown in Fig. 3-12{b) respec-
tively become large.
Set at the point immediately before
tht carriers at these sections becomes
large.

the “H” rate. and confirm that the dark
waveform
portions
are
not
excessibely
flattened out.
(Note) An ideal status is achieved when the
lowest gray-scale edge contacts the
basic tine.
