Preparations

Alignment

Preparations before Alignment
1. Connect output of sweep generator to test loop antenna,
keep the distance between the test loop antenna and
built-in ferrite bar antenna to 60cm.
2. Connect D.C voltmeter to TP-804.
3. Supply DC 6V to P6.
Alignment procedures
1. Tune output of sweep generator to 1400kHz and regulate
it to 120dB.
2. Tune the variable capacitor to 1400kHz.
3. Align RF AGC control (R832) so that the DC voltmeter
indicates 0.47 volts.
