Use this function to cook products that require
fermentation. This mode can also be used for cooking
over long period of time.
• Press the button 8 to access this cooking function.
Tthere is no special symbol on the display, but only
the default duration as 01:00 hour.
Use the buttons 12 and 16 to adjust the duration when
needed.
Press the button 19 to start the function.
