Do
not
use
fluxes
containing
too
much
chlorine
or
acid,
only
use
fluxes
with
synthetic
resins
or
resins
that
have
been
activated.
®
The
soldering
iron
needs
to
be
periodically
corrected
for
temperature.
In
addition,
the
temperature
of
the
soldering
iron
needs
to
be
corrected
because
the
temperature
varies
depending
on
the
type
of
iron
chosen.
You
can use
a
screwdriver
in
the
"CAL"
hole
on
the
chassis
panel
to
make
fine
adjustments
yourself.

Every
24
hours
or
at
least
once
a
week,
take
out the
soldering
iron
tip to
clean
and
remove
foreign
objects
in
the
sleeve.

Replacement
of
soldering
iron
tip
/ANote:
®
The
soldering
iron
tip
can
be
removed
and
replaced
by
unscrewing
the
sleeve. Be
sure
to
tum
off
the
power
of
the
temperature
control
table
and
allow
the
soldering
iron
fip
to
cool
down
before
removing
the
soldering
iron
fip.
®
Please
be
careful
o avoid
getting
dust
into
your
eyes
when
cleaning
the
oxide
dust
formed
at
the
sleeve
fixation.
®
Lock
the
sieeve
with
normal
hand
force
after
replacing
the
soldering
iron
fip.
The
installation
elements
are
shown
in
the
figure.
When
replacing
the
new
iron
core,
the
iron
core
should
be
extended
23mm
out
of
the
stainless
steel
conduit,
and
then
lock
the
soldering
iron
core
mounting
screws
inside
the
handle.
@
Care must
be
taken
not
to
lock
too
fightly,
otherwise
the
heating
body
will
be
damaged.
