  If your KAP Medical Light Therapy device isn't powering on, here's what to check: * Ensure the control unit is turned "ON". * Verify the power cord is securely connected to both the unit and the power source. * Confirm that the power source is functional and switched on. * If there was a power outage, wait for the power to be restored. If none of these steps work, it's possible the fuse has blown, and you may need to send the control unit back to the factory for repair.

If the issue persists, the control unit or blower might be malfunctioning, requiring you to send the control unit back to the factory for repair.
